UK premiere in 2009 by the Philharmonia Orchestra, conducted by Vladimir Ashkenazy. Polish premiere (2018, Szczecin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra) and US premiere (2019, Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra) conducted by Rune Bergmann.
